You can select a £0, £75 or £95 excess option. The higher the excess fee you select, the lower the monthly or annual price you pay. This is the excess which you pay under the service agreement. You pay this once per fault. If your boiler age is 11 years or over, an excess of at least £75 is required.
The first direct debit payment will be requested within the next 15 days. Your policy contract is for 12 months.
We’ll contact you in good time before your agreement renewal date. Your agreement will automatically renew unless you choose to cancel. Automatic renewal ensures that you remain covered. If you wish, you may opt out of automatic renewal by contacting us.
* By adding on the boiler service and CP 12 to your policy, £123 will be added to your annual payment or quarterly payment (£41) or monthly payment (£10.25)
